X2go client 4.0.4 on Windows 8.1 does not run

Hi, Untill yesterday I used a X2go client 4.03 on windows 8.1 and it worked well. This morning X2go client starts (I mean that I see the program on the windows program bar) but I cant show it on the desktop. I m not able to use it any more. I installed the last version of the client , but I have the same problem. I have read in other post to output a log of the command vcxsrv.exe -logverbose 3 following I included the log output. Can you help me to fix this problem? Install problem

Hello, I have been using an older version x2go client for a while now and I like it. This morning I tried to install the new version. I uninstalled the old version then tried to install version 4.0.4 (32-bit version) on a 64-bit Windows 7. The install completes however, there are no sign of installed x2go. I tied to install the older version (4.0.3) but the same results. I have turned off the anti virus and run the install as administrator. Any suggestions. Regards, --jh

Greyed out buttons in Session Management.

Well, I just realized I have the same greyed out button issue on my X2GO client on my Windows box at home. So this has nothing to do with domains or profile migration. Basically in Session Management all buttons on the right are greyed out except "New Session" no matter what session I select on the left. Ctrl-S not recognized by x2go OS X client

I have a single Linux server that I connect to from x2go clients on both Windows and OSX computers. When I connect to the server from the Windows x2go client, ctrl-s is recognized just fine (for example, within emacs). When I connect to the exact same server, and same application on that server, from an OS X x2go client, the ctrl-s is somehow intercepted and is not received by emacs. Per a suggestion in a previous thread on this topic, running xev shows that the ctrl-s is really being received by X. Interestingly, when running KDE the ctrl-s doesn't work in emacs, however, when using LXDE ctrl-s does work in emacs (same server, same OSX client)! Anyone have ideas about what could be happening? Hi, We want use your product x2goclient windows in a LVS system. We had test the load balancing between two servers from x2goclient , it works fine except for "suspend" task. It seem not abnormal. Could you suggest me better method to configure a LVS access from your client - if you know of course- ? Otherwise there is a method to disable suspend button from windows manager ? A simple solution would be to launch client windows in thinclient mode to hide windows manager and suspend button but it appears ( it works under linux client). where are settings stored on Windows

Where on Windows does x2go client store its settings? I removed the /Users/loginname/.x2go directory but when I start X2Go client I still see the sessions I defined. I also uninstalled X2Go and reinstalled but the old session settings are still there. We did a profile migration between domains on the user's files and after that was done x2go stopped working. we are trying to start with a clean slate on the user. Whe she tries to start a session it just hangs forever on status connecting with no text in the log/debug window. If you go into edit sessions several buttons are grayed out include delete so we cannot delete the old sessions.
