Nightly Builds

Is there a nightly builds repository for Mint 18? Trying to figure out how to get things installed, it seems I've somehow managed to break perl with the upgrade from Mint 17 to 18. Cannot install X2goserver on Debian 8, stuck in dependency hell

Hi, I just upgraded a server to Debian 8 and had X2goserver running on it before, but purged all the config and everything, because some things were not working properly, now I can't install it anymore, it refuses with these errors: # apt-get install x2goserver Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree... Done Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable distribution that some required packages have not yet been created or been moved out of Incoming. Mint 18

I'm running into the same xrandr version issues with Mint 18 as I did with Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS and Fedora 24. So I added the nightly builds and the experimental repos, purged libnx stuff and xnxagent, and then tried to add x2goserver and x2goagent but I am getting this error: x2goagent : Depends: nxagent (< 2:3.5.0.32-0~668~ubuntu16.04.1.1) -_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_- Eskimo North Linux Friendly Internet Access, Shell Accounts, and Hosting. Hello, When I try to login with my TCE client stuck at login. Windows x2goclient working just fine. Server is Centos 7 updated. x2goserver is latest, version 4.0.1.19 from epel repository. TCE client is Debian Wheezy 7.11. x2go windows client fails to resume session

Server: EL7 - x2go 4.0.1.19-6.el7 Client: Windows 7, 4.0.5.2-2016.09.20 We're seeing times when the x2goclient cannot resume a session. Window opens briefly before closing. Too fast to see anything. Application log shows errors from sshd but no real information associated with them. Hi Robert, 1. I updated the email subject to make it more clear. 2. For those who do not know, this is a reply to Robert's nx-libs 3.5.99.1 upgrade issue as listed in: http://bugs.x2go.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1089 3. Software installer is the wrong tool for the job. "dpkg -i" does not work with apt repos. It also doesn't handle dependency resolution. 4. To add this apt repo on Ubuntu 16.04, you would create a file with a name like this: /etc/apt/sources.list.d/nx-libs-beta.list ("nx-libs-beta" can differ. The folder path and the ".list" extension must be the same.) with these contents: deb http://packages.arctica-project.org/ubuntu xenial main You also run this command: wget -qO - http://packages.arctica-project.org/archive.key | sudo apt-key add - 5. To recover your system, I recommend the following: a. Run `apt-get update` b. Run `apt-cache search libnx` c. Uninstall all the libnx packages, such as by running: sudo apt-get purge <package-list> Note that this step (or the next one) will result in x2goclient and x2goserver being uninstalled. That should be OK, see step f. d. Also remove "nxproxy" if it is still installed. e. Add the nx-libs 3.5.99.1 repo from #4. f. Install x2goclient or x2goserver (+ any other client/server packages.) This should pull in nx-libs 3.5.99.1. 6. For those who are wondering why this upgrade issue can occur when using "dpkg -i" on all the nx-libs deb packages, it is because nx-libs 3.6 drops many of the X11 libraries that were part of nx-libs 3.5 in favor of the system's X11 libraries. x2goclient not working from far

Hello, I have my server on Argentina with about 20+ users. Now just trying to login from Moscow, latency is about 288ms. While speeds shows a 70/70Mbps upload/download testing with a server not far from here, against other in my country is much more than a 1Mbps. x2goclient refuses to connect "no data received from proxy". X2goclient DPI setting

Hi -- What does the "Set display DPI" session preferences do? I have a new 4K high-dpi display (161 dpi) and I'm connecting to a remote X2go session. The window to the remote is small and any window I open in the remote has fonts scaled to 96 dpi, which makes them hard to read. how to create a custom desktop session

Hello everyone, I use the emacs window manager EXWM on my remote computer whith lightdm. How can I create a session for emacs EXWM? I am using the x2goclient. I have tried custom desktop with the command "startx" and "/etc/x2go/xsession", I have also tried to run a single application session with path to .xinitrc. My xinitrc has the following content: #!/usr/bin/env bash xhost + exec dbus-launch --exit-with-session emacs Please give me some advice on how to get this working. Thank you!
