Package: x2goclient The mount that is issued for a documents map is as follows: sshuser@127.0.0.1:/cygdrive/C/Users/Dick/DOCUME~1 on /tmp/.x2go-dick/media/disk/_cygdrive_C_Users_Dick_DOCUME1 type fuse.sshfs (rw,nosuid,nodev,max_read=65536,user=dick) As you can see the map name is translated to a DOS format. NSIS installer file for X2Go Client

Hi Alex, I am currently working through the X2Go Client build howto on wiki.x2go.org and realized that there is nothing said about bundling the binary files into an installer. Neither is there an NSIS installer file present in x2goclient.git. Could you share your installer setup (NSIS probably) and commit it to x2goclient.git? Otherwise, I would rewrite one from scratch and provide it with X2Go Client sources. Background: we have an offer on IRC to provide regular x2goclient binary builds for win32 and I would like to get that person on board so that we can share the work load. The osx client at http://code.x2go.org/releases/binary-macosx/x2goclient/releases/4.0.1.1/ works, I think the link to X2GoClient_latest_macosx.dmg just needs to be updated.

Bug#315: host and user fields in settings widget must be trimmed

Package: x2goclient Version: 4.1.0 Tag: patch Hi, I got a related issue this week supporting a user. I gave him the new ip for remote x2go host and he did a copy/paste from Skype to host field in x2goclient. He did a mistake adding blank space after host ip. So when he tried to connect ssh host key verification began a infinite loop asking for accept new ssh key for the ip+blank space. It was very difficult to debug. The tip was doing cat to know_host file you could see [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx ] <- extra blank space after last ip group.

Hi, for a company I was tasked with comparing x2go vs xrdp. Unfortunately, information regarding performance is scarce at best ... What I have is that x2go provides a lot more config options like pack, * redirection etc. but absolutely nothing reliable on performance. Do you have any information for me? Did you conduct any tests? cheers Mathias
