Ubuntu does not include x2goserver in 16.04 LTS.  Software was obtained from 
http://ppa.launchpad.net/x2go/stable/ubuntu/pool/main/x/x2goserver/x2goserver_4.1.0.3-0~1708~ubuntu16.04.1_amd64.deb.
