Copy and paste between systems stops working

Hello, My question is about not being able to copy and paste strings between two systems via X2Go. X2go on CentOS 8?

http://packages.x2go.org/epel/ doesn't have a subdirectory for CentOS 8. Is there a better X2go repo for CentOS 8? I'm running pyhoca-cli-0.6.1.3 on the client and the server is running x2goserver-4.1.0. I understand that there is a known incompatibility between the two versions which has been fixed upstream.

On Centos 8 (and maybe other distros), nx-libs are installed under /usr/lib64/nx. x2gopath looks for them under /usr/local/lib/nx and returns an error when they are not found. Workaround: # cd /usr/local/lib/nx # ln -s /usr/lib64/nx/X11 Probably, x2gopath should be modified to look in both /usr/lib64 and /usr/local/lig.

no accessible desktop found

Hi everyone, I have an issue with some of the machines I try to connect to. I set "connect to local desktop" to see other users sessions, but on some of the machines whose I try to connect (all of them has the same packets installed), I receive "no accessible desktop found", if I try instead "XFCE", I can establish a connection and have my own graphical environment. I would like to know the possible causes for this strange behavior. Thanks in advance. Best Regards. G

processes sleep on suspend

I've used x2go on linux (Fedora) for years and never experienced this before. I just setup a new workstation. When I suspend a session, the running processes started by it seem to sleep. A bit of googling suggested I need to edit /etc/x2go/x2goagent.options setting: X2GO_NXOPTIONS="sleep=0" I hope this helps: it hasn't yet. Will this only take effect after I terminate the current session and start a new one? -- *Those who don't understand recursion are doomed to repeat it*

ssh alive interval

Dear x2go users, Could somebody help me, please? I use Windows x2go client solution. From time to time there are network collisions and x2go client breaks and should be restarted. Server's sshd part is configured in order to keep alive ssh sessions.
