*looked into attachment* Your editor seems to de-compact .po file: i.e. replace one line (that contains many occurences) with many lines (one statement per line). z.B.: -#: ../pyhoca/wxgui/logon.py:90 ../pyhoca/wxgui/logon.py:102 +#: ../pyhoca/wxgui/logon.py:90 +#: ../pyhoca/wxgui/logon.py:102
Once again: what editor do you use? Check it's settings
Thanks for your suggestions. I'm using poedit 1.4.6 on ubuntu 12.04 with default settings. This means that "CR/LF conversion" is set to "Line endings format: unix" (also, it's default set to not changing format of existing catalogs) The weird thing is that it's the same editor as I've been using previously without any such changes. Can it be the sources that has got win-type CR/LF and that causes this? Regards, Terje
Hi Mike, Attached is the updated Swedish translation for PyHoca-GUI. The file README.i18n says that we should send the complete po file, is that still the preferred way to send updates or should we use git patches? Cheers, Daniel 2012/11/23 Terje Andersen <teranders@gmail.com>

Both works fine for me. A Git patch is a little more helpful in case you cannot react on the call for translation immediately. With Git it is easier to weave in your work into a source tree (Git tree) that has moved on already. I have observed this with some of the translation files, as well, but ignored it. However, the patches are not that human-readable. Never minded here, till now.

Nope, sources are development with midnight command (my personal coming out, :-) ). So, everythin is LF-EOL style.
