Small error in x2goclient-gtk (3.00-1) if gnome-screensaver not installed (?)

Dear x2go-developers and Debian packagers, doing aptitude update and safe-upgrade on a Debian Sid system today the following showed up on the terminal. Richte x2goclient-gtk ein (3.00-1) ... Could not parse file '/usr/share/applications/gnome-screensaver-properties.desktop': Key file does not start with a group Maybe a check before accessing the file could be included. Good question ;-). There should be files under ~/.nx and on the server nxserver.log under /var/log. keyboard problem with x2go on maemo

hi, i am testing x2go with my n810 and ran into one problem. i cannot type a /. every other fn+x key combination works fine (@\()%# etc.) but if i try fn+j which should actually result in a / i only get a "j". any help? thanks heiko

Hallo! I'am trying to install an ldap environment for x2go at gentoo. I'm using the ebuilds at http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=249600 (I want to test the ebuilds, so that they can go into the overlay). But I'am not really satisfied with the installation. I removed my x2go-BaseDn. 1) The x2go-kcontrol-modules not uses the rootbinddn, but everytime they use cn=ldapadmin,x2goBaseDN 2) It is somehow possible to specify a different dn for the different sections (users, groups, hosts, ON)? Because I use an ldap structure where groups, hosts and users are below different ou,s. At libnss-ldap.conf it is possible, but is it possible to use with x2go-kcontrol-modules too? 3) Which options can I specify at /etc/x2go/x2goldaptools.conf 4) The create process of a user at kcontrol doesn't work for me. Ldap says: "bdb_dn2id("uid=test,ou=people,x2goBaseDN") <= bdb_dn2id: get failed: DB_NOTFOUND: No matching key/data pair found (-30989) bdb_modify: dn2entry failed (-30989)" But creating groups and hosts works fine. 5) It is possible to specify a login with passwort for the ldap server at the qt-client? You can add $ ip link show My loopback device (lo) was not configured, because I had deleted /etc/network/interfaces while trying to get a Internet connection with pppoeconf and Network Manager did not complain, so I did not notice. Dear list and dear Oleksandr, actually I wanted to report a different problem yesterday. On the one portable computer I get the following error messages. But this is since installation time on the weekend. Do you have any ideas? Can I provide other information? I am using the GTK-Client and get the following pop-ups. 1. Details-Window. […] NoMachine. regression: nxproxy 3.3.0-2-1 does not work

Dear developers of x2go, thank you for the great product. I hope this is the correct list to contact. If not please tell me. Upgrading to the new NX libraries with version 3.3 my clients (gtk) cannot connect anymore. Is that a known problem? It works with 3.2.0-1-1. Some information is in the end.
