Package: x2goclient Version: 4.0.1.1 When I connect on computer with lower resolution to computer with higher resolution, remote desktop looks very bad, I can't read text because some pixels missed. Will be good to apply antialias filter for zoom desktop image, this is improve remote desktop image quality, Anti-aliasing can be done on client computer without any changes in server, and I think there must be integrated functions for this in QT or other libs, maybe you can use this way: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4708498/qt-setrenderhints-problem Can you implement antialiasing feature in x2go client? -- Best regards, Alexey Murz Korepov. Bug#222: x2go access to other user desktop sessions

I have updated to 4.0.1.1 version of x2goclient, but can't find the way how connect to other user session. I use "Connect to local desktop" mode, on server users foo and bar is logged in to desktop session. I try to connect via x2go with user bar, and see only bar:0 session in list. How I can connect to foo session? Maybe I need to do some changes in x2goserver.conf? Just for the record: The workaround described on the associated discussion on the development list https://lists.berlios.de/pipermail/x2go-dev/2013-June/005792.html works for me: mv /usr/libexec/x2go/* /usr/lib64/x2go rm -Rf /usr/libexec/x2go ln -s /usr/lib64/x2go /usr/libexec/x2go service x2gocleansessions start chkconfig x2gocleansessions on Obviously it would be good that the rpm packages would be fixed.

I have been able to get around the issue with keyboard lockups by running the server on ubuntu 12.04 instead of 10.04. This app has not been updated since March and this is a fairly glaring bug (especially since sessions seem to auto-terminate fairly regularly, so re-logging is necessary, but painful when you have to keep restarting the client) that is probably fairly simple to fix. Can you please provide an update regarding whether or not this will be released sometime soon? At least my hope would be (as it was before with VNC/RDP/NX)... that any evil remote... could at least only take over the one single window... and in case of Xephyr... hopefully only the single Xephyr window. I'd propose the following now: As this bug is now cluttered all over with two different issues - clipboard sniffing and the warning when it was activated - security measures and better documentation about what NX/X2go really does I'd close this bug, and open two new ones, one for each issue... referencing that old bug... so that all topics can be discussed (perhaps fixed) in a more simple fashion. From: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=714588 It seems that per default (and I even found no way to disable it) x2goclient (and perhaps other related tools?) transmit the content of the clipboard to the remote host.
