Bug#108: X2Go bug 108, did that fix actually make it onto v 4.0.2.1?

It does not appear to me that this fix got into v4.0.2.1. Am I wrong? Thanks! Question about bug tag "build-win32"

Should I be putting the tag "build-win32" on every Windows-specific bug for x2goclient and pyhoca-gui? (So long as there are only 32-bit builds for Windows.) -Mike#2

Great to see the broker packaged, I'll do some testing. I recently packaged python-wsgilog which was the last missing package needed by python-x2gobroker, it is now included in Fedora 20 and later. Regards Bengt

Hi This email to give you a feedback about X2co I am using NX server 3.5 version. I tryed to use X2go 4.0.1.13 server version for linux Centos with 4.0.2.1 Windows client version My X2go installation does not efficiently work with graphics. openssl 1.0.1i released 9 with CVE fixes. Time to update x2goclient again :/

https://www.openssl.org/ The updated version of X2Go Client for Windows will be: 4.0.2.1+hotfix1+build2 All I will have to do is update the bundled openssl win32 and cygwin openssl libs. No need to recompile. I will work on getting the updated version out ASAP. If you're wondering why it will have this lengthy version string: - The "hotfix1" string indicates that there is a change to the source code since 4.0.2.1. - The "build2" string indicates that there is a change, but it only affects the build process (e.g. the bundled openssl libs). Package: nxagent Version: 2:3.5.0.27-0~446~ubuntu14.04.1 Hi, I tried to configure a small, powerserving but yet powerful ubuntu server based on an Odroid U3 (architecture: armhf), which runs a Lubuntu Desktop pretty well, as an x2go-Server. Didn't work, since the x2go-server depends on nxagent, which is not available for this architecture. What a pitty. Would be nice to compile it for armhf as well. :-) regards Hadmut

Bug#511: Cannot resume session, automatically suspends after connecting

I encountered the same problem, characterised by: 1. Warning about fonts in the log. 2. Session resumes briefly but then automatically suspends after about 1 second. 3. Log messages in ~/x2go/*/session.log as follows: --- nxagentReconnectFailedFonts: WARNING! Font server tunneling not retrieved. nxagentReconnect: WARNING! Unable to retrieve all the fonts currently in use. Mi ssing fonts have been replaced. nxagentSighupHandler: WARNING! Ignoring the signal in state [SESSION_GOING_UP]. keyboard file created Session: Session resumed at 'Tue Jul 29 17:10:00 2014'. Info: Screen [0] resized to geometry [1920x1200] fullscreen [0]. Session: Suspending session at 'Tue Jul 29 17:10:03 2014'. Info: Waiting the cleanup timeout to complete. Session: Session suspended at 'Tue Jul 29 17:10:03 2014'. --- The cause of the problem was indeed that some fonts were missing on the client (a gentoo system). I simply installed all the font packages I could find one at a time until the problem went away. In my opinion, the x2go client is not capable of running with missing fonts, despite the message indicating that missing fonts will be replaced. I think this may be a bug. Tested with x2goserver version 4.0.1.15 and x2goclient version 4.0.2.0.
