Package: nxagent Hi folks This is aretry of my bug report. Why not just use a bugtracker like trac? I did have a line with Package: . Well, this is another try, the previous content: I use X2Go on Scientific Linux, which is very similar to CentOS. After a recent regular update I encountered a dependancy issue: Error: Package: nxagent-3.5.0.17-3.1.x86_64 (X11_RemoteDesktop_x2go) Requires: xorg-x11-fonts-core The mentioned package seems to only exist on Suse. Bug#271: nx-3.5.0.20 breaks FreeNX on RPM based system

Package: nx-libs Version: 3.5.0.20 Tag: rpm-packages Hi Jan, 23:31 < masc88> hello. nx-3.5.0.20 appears to introduce corruption within server side session file and communication protocol 23:32 < masc88> on session resume in conjunction with freenx. is this a known issue? 23:33 < masc88> I had to downgrade to nx-3.5.0.17 to stabilize resuming of sessions obviously there is a problem with FreeNX / X2Go if nx-3.5.0.20 is installed. I assume that the installation is on an RPM based system (because the .deb packages do not have a package named nx). Bug#637: nx-libs improvements

Hi Andre. I know it's been a while since you replied to this bug. However, the X2Go project and the Arctica Project have started doing major code cleanups to nx-libs on the new 3.6.x branch. Many of those code cleanups are big because they involve making nx-libs using the system version of X11-related libraries rather than nx-libs bundling its own (horribly outdated) version of those libraries. Those changes will improve compatibility with some X11 apps, but not Qt5 apps. After those code cleanups are complete, we will look into either rebasing nx-libs against the latest X.org, or backporting features such as newer RandR and XInput2 to nx-libs. In either case, Qt5 apps will become compatible. There is no ETA though. Bug#859: Copy-paste limitations not working

When I configured it last year, I put inside the file /etc/x2go/x2goagent.options the option : X2GO_NXAGENT_DEFAULT_OPTIONS="$ uname -a Linux rob.lbg.office.lyra 3.10.0-123.20.1.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP Thu Jan 29 18:05:33 UTC 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux" I'm certain that at that time, I could not extract information from the remote server via copy-paste. (Which is the goal I'm aiming) Lately, I realized that I could extract data via copy-paste, even though the configuration line was still there. No error logs, this looks like a regression to me. Procedure : * Put the option inside the configuration file on the server * Open a session from any client to this server * Inside x2go, copy something * Outside x2go on the client host, paste it This should not work with the option "-clipboard client".
