Specifically, it appears that jpeg-9a changed the definition for its "boolean" type from an int to some other type (bool in C++, it seems). Using TRUE and FALSE, as provided by the jpeg library, is what was done to address the problem. After applying the patch to HEAD (commit 0e3b414ea6ecb6cc359d3b95f5cfeb6096066139), Jpeg.cpp compiles fine. Configuration: Compiling against jpeg-9a. $ gcc -v Using built-in specs. Bug#577: Full-screen mode spans multiple local displays

Package: x2goclient Version: 4.0.2.1 When I start a remote session with x2goclient, and the local machine has a dual-head monitor setup (using xinerama), switching the session to fullscreen mode (via Ctrl-Alt-F) causes the remote session's desktop to span across both local monitors, instead of just one monitor. To reproduce / demonstrate: 1. set up the local machine to run a standard desktop environment (e.g. gnome or LXDE) with two monitors (i.e. use xrandr to specify the relative locations, orientations, and dimensions of the displays). 2. connect to a remote XFCE session with x2goclient, then open up a single terminal window in this remote session and maximize it. 3. press Ctrl-Alt-F to toggle (enable) full-screen mode. The result will be that the terminal window is split in half, and spread across both monitors. The desired behavior is that the x2goclient fullscreen window only spans a single (user-selected) display. I am using Ubuntu 14.04 (i686), and my display controller is listed as "Intel Corporation Mobile 945GM/GMS/GME, 943/940GML Express Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 03)".

Adding addtl desktop environments

Hi devs (and users), What do you think of adding support for addtitional desktop environments to X2Go? By "support", I mean making it so that users can select them from the list of DEs in x2goclient (and pyhoca-gui) rather than manually specify session commands like "icewm-session". This means updating x2goclient, pyhoca-gui, and x2goserver. 1. I am finishing adding support for Cinnamon via x2goclient bug #571, despite the compatibility issues with new versions of CInnamon. 2. The DEs that are not listed in x2goclient, but work anyway if you specify the command, are IceWM and OpenBox. I think we should add these. 3. Enlightenment has compatibility issues, but at least it launches. I'm not sure if we should add it or not. Full details are here http://wiki.x2go.org/doku.php/doc:de-compat -Mike#2
