Sorry, I thought I had it installed already. Packages are currently  
downloading on fylgja and installing.

pyhoca-gui is using gettext (.po / .mo files), and these files can be  
managed with poedit.

@all translators: Please make sure, not to create any .mo files. This  
is done by me.

@Stefan: the German translation of PyHoca-GUI I manage by myself. Any  
improvement idea is welcome. No need to look at PyHoca-GUI de_DE  
translation.
