-25 is current with -26 on the horizon (probably this month). You can
try to install newer packages as described here:

Well, running a memtest from time to time does not hurt but I agree
that if everything else is running fine that chances for defective
memory are low. Keep in mind that memory can die anytime, we see that
daily at the place I work (one HDDs are dying more often).
