[X2Go-User] X2GO file sharing windows to ubuntu

Hi all,
I'm trying to share my files from my personal laptop to the X2GO one with the file-sharing options given in the GUI, I'm able to view it in home/username/media/disk, but when I open it, it says permission denied.I've tried changing the directory permissions of the directory but to no avail.
When I see permissions, 
-rwxrwxrwx 1 ubuntu ubuntu      96 Sep 26 11:14 'E_lammps (sshfs-disk-lxde)'
When I open it,
Error opening directory "/tmp/.x2go-ubuntu/media/disk/_cygdrive_E_lammps" : Permission denied
