[X2Go-User] x2gokdrive: disable menu bar

As a reminder, we have a similar thing in NX-X2Go, the "magic pixel" -
which is annoying in fullscreen thinclient sessions as well.  That's why
 code has been added to the server to disable it ("-nomagicpixel" in
x2goagent.options).

Maybe you could make your code disable the menu bar if the same config
file parameter is present? (Assuming kdrive is reading the same file)?
