The idea behind the applet is to give users control over when they want
an admin to be able to shadow their session.  It does make sense to roll
it out in a setting where a support person may need to shadow the
session, but should not be able do so without the user knowing about it.
Some countries have rather strict privacy laws regarding this, and
that's a Good Thing (tm). ;-)
