[X2Go-User] Is there a broker that does NOT require root to install?

I have a shared host in Namecheap.
I have SSH access, but no root, so no APT-GET.

I do have wsgi, with limited access to the httpd conf files, and do have
access to .htaccess though.

Is there a precompiled static binary, or a python / php script I can use
with apache?
