And a workaround for that is to start a very minimal desktop locally
(say, an .xsession file that starts nothing but openbox and X2GoClient),
then spawn the actual desktop session you want to use inside X2GoClient.
That way, you can suspend the session and resume it elsewhere, with the
option to resize as needed.
