[X2Go-User] Socket error: Unknown error

I am trying to connect to Ubuntu workstation remotely usingX2GO client. My co-workers can connect without any problem. But when I try, Iget an error "Socket error: Unknown error". I uninstalled andreinstalled X2GO client but nothing helped. In the past I was able to connectbut not anymore. Any advice?
