It was pushed to stable 2 months ago.  Please try 
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2015-021c33c7b0 in 
epel-testing which hopefully should fix the issue.  If it does, please 
leave feedback on the update.
