[X2Go-User] 4.1.0.16 suspend fails because of state file issues

/tmp/.../session.log has issues with state file:

If I manually make a "state" file with the contents "RUNNING", 
suspending works.

Resuming that was quite wobbly, but that's another topic. One thing at a 
time.
