[X2Go-User] Caps-lock key as Ctrl

Okay, after a lot of hit and trial, I can now reliably reproduce the issue:

Both local and remote desktop are running Linux mint 17 with Mate 1.8.1.
Both are configured to use caps lock as additional ctrl key.

1. Start a new x2go session - caps lock does not work as ctrl. Also,
pressing caps lock seems to do nothing on remote session.
2. Disconnect (not terminate) the x2go session.
3. Reconnect to the disconnected session - caps lock starts working as
ctrl.

Does that sound like a bug? Here are version details:

On local:

X2Go Client V. 4.0.2.1 (Qt - 4.8.6)

On remote:
$ x2goversion
x2goagent: 3.5.0.27
x2goserver: 4.0.1.15
x2goserver-xsession: 4.0.1.15
