[X2Go-User] Ubuntu 13.04 builds from the PPA

Hi all,

Ubuntu 13.04 has reached EOL, thus builds are not possible anymore on Launchpad.

Also, I don't want old packages to hover around in our PPAs, so I quite recently cleared our PPAs (aprt from the Baikal on) from old oneiric and raring packages.
