You need to set the --read-exports-from <dir> cmdline options when  
launching X2Go Client as also down in the X2Go Client start script of  
the TCE [1].

The <dir> is hard-coded in x2gousbmounts / x2gocdmanager and IIRC  
points to ~/export.
