I have seen some reports like yours during the last few weeks. Can you  
please re-send your mail to

   submit at bugs.x2go.org

and put

Into the first two lines of the mail? Thanks.

About debugging... The issue you observe occurs somewhere in the NX  
code and best debugging probably is reading the nxagent code and  
starting to understand what happens on session resuming.
