I don't understand the "manually" part.  If the EPEL repository is
enabled, yum should have installed all the dependencies together for
you.   And a working x2goserver is included in EPEL.  I don't think
you need the x2go repo unless you want a version newer than 4.0.1.15.
 What version did you install?
