[X2Go-User] Capture client-side error messages?

I am not very much experienced with X2Go Client on OS X, but my guess  
would be:

   o launch an xterm window (terminal console)
   o launch x2goclient from in there
   o the error messages should appear on in the terminal
   o if x2goclient crashes or terminates, the console output should remain

But maybe the OS X on this list can add to my naive (Unix knowledge  
based) assumptions.
