Can you check if you have a symlink from /usr/local/bin/x2goagent  
(symlink) to /usr/local/bin/nxagent?

Can you launch x2goagent :1 on your machine when logged in via X  
locally? (An empty X session should appear in a window, like Xnest).

Please check that.
