Do you want to use an ECDSA SSH key for pub/priv SSH key  
authentication? ECDSA is currently not (yet) supported by X2Go Client  
AFAIK.

The Shutdown button is only useful if you run X2Go on Thin Clients  
(under Linux). On Windows X2Go Clients I am not even sure if you can  
enable it...
