[X2Go-User] run commands on the x2goclient

There is a mechanism to drop files into a MIMEBOX and trigger a local  
application launch (only support by Python X2Go + PyHoca-GUI/-CLI,  
though).

However, I guess, this is not appropriate for video streaming.

The X2Go project has some unspoken of plans to crowd-fund a code  
project that gets the XV extension in NX usable with X2Go.

Having a mechanism that can be used to launch localapps (like in LTSP:  
ltsp-localapp, I guess is the name) would also be awesome!
