Using the same atom-based systems in desktop-thinclients as they would be in
netbooks, we have very good experience. Using netbooks/notebooks for
thinclients with only the wifi will be slow and sluggish and will not allow
network-boot...
And when you confine a network-booting laptop to desktop-only usage with a
cable, its cheaper and more ergonomic to buy a big screen, a real keyboard and
mice and just plug the small thinclient to the back of the screen.
