Looking at /var/log/syslog reveals that the shared folder (/home/angel/desktop) is mounted like this:

successfully mounted angel at 127.0.0.1:30006/home/angel/desktop to /tmp/.x2go-angel/media/disk/_home_angel_desktop

x2goserver: 3.1.1.3
x2goserver-extensions: 3.1.1.3
x2goserver-xsession: 3.1.1.3
