Hi all,

This issue is fixed in x2goagent 3.5.0.2 which is available in our  
nightly builds:

Debian
deb http://packages.x2go.org/debian {squeeze|wheezy|sid} heuler

Ubuntu
add-apt-repository ppa:x2go/ppa
