[X2Go-Project] emergency version bump of nx-libs to 3.5.0.30

Hi all,

there was quite a discussion flaming up on #x2go IRC.

The latest nx-libs 3.5.0.29 does some tricky breaks+replaces stuff for  
the .deb packages.

The upgrades had been tested on Debian, but not on Ubuntu. I forgot to  
take into consideration that the build daemons on Launchpad heavily  
modify the package version strings. This build-time modifications  
broke the upgrade path from nx-libs 3.5.0.28 to 3.5.0.29.

The easiest fix for this was a version bump (3.5.0.29 -> 3.5.0.30).  
This I have just done, waiting for code imports to happen and builds  
to finish on Launchpad now.
