The PostgreSQL related warnings won't show on fresh installs, only on
upgrades from old versions of x2goserver.

However, the desktop sharing translation should be testable.

You need your system to be installed in Czech locale (or switch to
Czech locale later).

Then install x2goserver-desktopsharing:

  $ sudo apt install x2goserver-desktopsharing

Now the debconf templates should pop up.

You can repeat that, by running

  $ sudo dpkg-reconfigure x2goserver-desktopsharing
