please look at the invididual projects on git.x2go.org, you can browse  
the latest sources via clicking the "tree" link in one of the columns  
on the right. Use the top history entry (HEAD) and click the "tree"  
link there. From there on you can browse each project's code.

Of course, only those projects need such a file, that are listed on  
the i18n wiki page [1].
