[x2go-i18n] NSIS translations (sv, ru), pending ru i18n Update

Hi Daniel, hi Alex,

I have activated the Svedish and Russion translation in PyHoca-GUIs  
Win32 installer. There are two tiny translation files that I want to  
ask you to take a look at:

@Alex: please commit right away to Git
