x2goclient is not using your openssh but libssh. As I wrote I have no
deeper knowledge of Qubes. All I know is that applications are running
in VMs and you can control communication and access permissions. So I
think you must somehow tell the system that x2goclient/libssh are
allowed to open connections to another server. Regarding file access
you must even allow reverse ssh access from the server to the client
so for now I suggest to disable file access (and for simplicity also
sound and printer access). You can have a look at that later and
restrict to a simple xterm session.
