[X2Go-Dev] Bug#962: windows8 pyhooca - diacritics in username

I have pyhoca windows8 client and username with diacritics (Klára) what 
causes 2 problems (i think)




1) it is not possible to save users pyhoca config to her homefolder. (C:/
Users/Klárka/...)




2) I think there is problem with fuse:




server ~ # mount | grep fuse

Kl�ra at 178.255.168.39:/cygdrive/C/Users/KLRA~1/X2GO~1/S-5C91~1/spool on /
tmp/.x2go-x2gotest/spool/C-x2gotest-50-1446557833_stDLXDE_dp24 type fuse.
sshfs (rw,nosuid,nodev,default_permissions,user=x2gotest)




there is "Kl�ra" and "...cygdrive/C/Users/KLRA~1..."

(i hope that email will not convert the "?insquare" char to its proper form)
