[X2Go-Dev] CUPS-X2GO problem after update

I've implemented another set of bug fixes, mostly handling huge print jobs more
gracefully.

Current file:

I'd like to get some feedback, but will release a new version based on this on
Friday/Saturday at the Gathering even without feedback.
