[X2Go-Dev] Git access for Mihai Moldovan / new bin:package x2goserver-xsettingsd

Hi all,

I have just granted Git commit access to Mihai Moldovan. Mihai has  
just found a very elegant solution for running Eclipse based  
applications inside X2Go rootless sessions. The problem is that  
rootless X2Go sessions lack a so-called settings-daemon (like  
gnome-settings-daemon, mate-settings-daemon, etc.).

We have stumbled over a generic non-DE settings daemon (xsettingsd)  
that we will start deploying with X2Go Server (as package  
x2goserver-xsettingsd).
