I feel that I need to resume nightly builds and test them before
x2goclient 4.0.2.1 comes out. If that means updating the build
environment on my home desktop or on a home VM to match what I had on
the WinBuilder VM, and then me doing manual builds, so be it.

It doesn't look like PulseAudio 6.0 is coming out soon, so
compatibility with PulseAudio 6.0's new cookie path handling should
NOT be a reason to delay 4.0.2.1.

Also, there are some code cleanups I'd like to do, and I'd prefer to
do them AFTER 4.0.2.1.
