[X2Go-Dev] libjpeg-turbo released for cygwin 32-bit: headed soon to X2Go Client for Windows

Good news everyone!

The Windows X2Go Client builds, which are currently only 32-bit, will
soon be faster:

I will switch them from the regualr libjpeg packages to libjpeg-turbo packages.

This will only apply to upcoming nightly builds, and 4.0.2.1 (Unless a
major issue arises. I doubt one will.)

I will announce once the nightly builds are switched over. And this
will be announced in the 4.0.2.1 release notes.
