[X2Go-Dev] Mozjpeg 2.0 might be worth using for X2Go

Good point, thank you.
X2Go's performance over WAN is mainly limited by latency, not
bandwidth. (Although nx-libs makes a huge improvement over X11 when it
comes to handling latency.) So mozjpeg compression probably isn't
worth trying to add as an optional mode.
