[X2Go-Dev] Mozjpeg 2.0 might be worth using for X2Go

According to this link http://www.libjpeg-turbo.org/About/Mozjpeg it needs a lot more CPU for a 
slight improvement in size, on both sides. So it does not work as a general replacement. It might 
help, though, for very thin network connections.
