how about hacking those into /usr/bin/x2gostartagent and providing a  
patch (+ explanation why you think these option are necessary /  
recommendable).

Also note, that 4.0.1.13 of X2Go Server is an older version. We are  
currently at 4.0.1.15. The release of 4.0.1.16 is overdue and will  
come out soon. Please ping the repository providers about them  
shipping an outdated version of X2Go Server.
