This is a normal plugin - just like the other plugins installed - and
it's unlikely there will ever be an "official" plugin. I assume the
author just didn't bother to add the appropriate flag. And as I said: I
did look at the code and it's a fail or work thing: Either the hooks
work or the they don't. Also there are no comments about the plugin not
working, something that normally happens pretty quickly. If you don't
want official registration just say so, but please don't bring up
meta-arguments....
