[X2Go-Dev] Bug#360: Make inifile broker backend the default

As many people stumble over the zeroconf broker backend (which is for  
basic tests), let's make the inifile backend (including a usable  
default configuration in x2gobroker-sessionprofiles.conf) the default  
broker backend.
