[X2Go-Dev] Bug#41: Tarballs installation of nx-libs

The installation from tarball is quite broken in nx-libs (I guess we  
never addressed it as we have the Debian packaging).

the code in nx-X11 is installed to /usr/lib/NX3. It should get installed to

   $(PREFIX)/lib/nx

Putting this in my queue...
