[X2go-Dev] 3.99 Testing - Alt tab not working as expected in full screen

I would expect that <ALT><TAB> would operate within the X2Go desktop
when in full screen mode.  Arguably, we might even want it when in
Windowed mode or at least as a toggleable option.  It is not behaving
that way.  In some ways, that is fortuitous because of the bug of not
being able to leave full screen mode - <ALT><TAB> is the only way I have
seen to escape.

I know this can work because Phil had it working in our labs although
I'm not sure it that was in all modes or only rootless.  I do not know
if is is simply a command line switch we need to pass to vcxsrv but not
having it has an impact on end user productivity.  Thanks - John
